How long does the walking tour take?
The Salisbury walking tour takes approximately 90 minutes. The tour moves at an easy, leisurely pace with plenty of stops along the way.
Is the walking route wheelchair and pram accessible?
Yes, the walking route is pram accessible and step-free where possible. The tour is also wheelchair friendly, though we kindly ask you to notify us when booking. There are public benches to pause and rest along the way.
What age group are these tours suitable for?
Our historical stories and walking pace are recommended for ages 11+, making them ideal for adults, teens and inquisitive people alike.
Children under 16 can join free of charge when accompanied by a paying adult.
What happens if it rains on the day?
We walk in light rain, so please dress for the British weather! If extreme weather or heavy storms are forecast, we will get in touch to reschedule your booking to another suitable date.
What should I wear and bring with me?
We recommend comfortable walking shoes or trainers, a waterproof coat or umbrella in case of showers and a bottle of water. Bring along your curiosity... there are plenty of intriguing stories to hear!
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
If your plans change, you can receive a full refund by cancelling up to 24 hours before your scheduled tour. Alternatively, we are happy to reschedule your tickets to another available date, subject to availability.
Can I bring my dog on the tour?
Well-behaved dogs on short leads are welcome on our outdoor routes. Please ensure your four-legged companion is comfortable around city streets and other tour participants.
What if I am late?
Unfortunately, we cannot refund tickets if you are late. The tour will start at the scheduled time. Our guides are friendly, so if you know you are running late, contact us via 07934318151 and, if possible, we will help you join the tour.
